  • Tourist Guide visits the portal login page.
  • Enters email/username and password.
  • Authenticated and redirected to the dashboard.
    • Select Course
  • Dashboard shows available courses (e.g., "Cultural Heritage", "Local Languages", "First Aid").
  • User selects a course of interest.
  • Course details and "Start" button are displayed.
    • Read & Learn
  • Course is divided into modules or chapters.
  • Each module contains videos, PDFs, quizzes, or reading material.
  • The guide reads/watches content at their own pace.

Complete the Course

At the end of each module, user must mark it as “Completed” or pass a quiz.

Once all modules are completed, the course status becomes “Completed”.

Download Certificate

After course completion, a certificate is automatically generated.

Clicks “Download Certificate” to get a PDF certificate with name, course title, and completion date.
